The hotel is conveniently located, and the reception staff were welcoming, professional, and very cooperative. The rooms were clean and peaceful.

My room was big (although no window but that was not a problem for me). Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Good location on Olaya St. (1,5 km vom Al Faisaliah Tower, 1 km from the next Metro station). Good price/value ratio

Front office team was very kind & Especially Saudi guy wearing glasses in afternoon shift was very professional how to deal with guest & make happy really i was impressed by his attitude
